We welcome applications from health professionals including, but not limited to physicians, nurses, pharmacists, psychologists, social workers, physical and occupational therapists, and non-clinicians with evidence of training or experience in aging. An academic affiliation is not required. We are looking for emerging leaders committed to improving healthcare access, quality, and outcomes for older adults and their caregivers.
The program, designed to enhance and leverage existing leadership skills, consists of activities from September to May, with the anticipation that the community of scholars from all cohorts will remain meaningful colleagues throughout their careers.
